the Strait of Juan de Fuca is a deep channel filled with seawater. The tops of the mountains stick out of the water and create straight-sided islands scattered throughout the area.

All photos were shot with a Nikon Coolpix S210 with 3x optical zoom. When edited, they were edited with either Photoshop Express, Pixlr.com, Picnik, or Aviary. These are all free photo editing sites and I use them for different effects.
